Dr Christian Criado-Perez, Lecturer at UNSW Business School and Research Associate at the UNSW Business Insights Institute, says many people have changed their habits and expectations about work since the pandemic. This has presented a major challenge for organisations: to adapt and reinstate norms and expectations about work in a way that is appropriate and attractive to employees.
